Optical Measurements Laboratory

The activities of the Optical Measurement Laboratory (OMLab) are focused on optical measurements within various fields, spanning from quality control, pattern assessment, template matching to digital image correlation (DIC). For that purpose, we have developed several custom-made in-house computer codes. High-tech equipment is at the team’s disposal. This includes high-speed cameras, DLSR/CMOS cameras, tripods, lenses with optical filters, high-capacity memory media, powerful LED lighting, and accessories for wireless camera control.
